We only use search companies who are registered members of the HIP Code and /or the Search code, and all documents which are provided are individually insured by the relevant search provider. Our Home Information packs are fully insurance backed and compliant as well as being competitively priced and offer great value for money. They include ALL the required documents including an Energy Performance Certificate and are delivered as an electronic PDF format to you and your Estate agent.
